The 39 'foot Spendthrift is one of the largest charter boats on Lake Michigan with an oversized deck which can easilyaccommodate up to 6 people comfortably. The Spendthrift follows major schools of fish putting you in the hottest areas possible throughout the season, resulting in more limit catches and happier customers.
Hammond Marina is located on the Illinois Indiana border only 30 minutes from O'Hare and 15 minutes from downtown Chicago.
Why fish INDIANA?
There's more fish during March and April and 90% of our charters have a limit catch. Most of our fishing is done in bays making for calm waters, less traveling time and more fishing time. Thc Spendthrift has an enclosed heated area making fishing much more enjoyable and comfortable.
