The Montauk IV is docked at North Point Marina which is located on the Illinois/Wisconsin state line. This area of Lake Michigan offers the most consistent fishing on Lake Michigan. Most fishing is done within 10 to 15 minutes of the harbor, which allows "More time fishing, less time boating." Just 3 miles south of North Point Marina is a warm water discharge which is a tremendous attraction to all species of fish during the springtime when the lake water temperature is still extremely frigid. Our shallow water has excellent bottom structure which quickly drops off faster than other areas of the lake. This deep water area maintains a colder water temperature during the hot summer months which in turn holds large quantities of salmon and trout.

Fishing out of North Point Marina provides the angler consistent and exciting action throughout the season, whether you're fishing in the spring, summer or fall.

 The Montauk IV is a 32 ft. Marinette Sport Fisherman with a large aft deck and a spacious cabin. For your safety and enjoyment, the Montauk IV is a Coast Guard approved vessel -fully equipped with the latest fishing equipment to ensure you and your party a successful and enjoyable outing on Lake Michigan.
