Well, what a great day. We went out on Lake Michigan trolling for salmon for the first time this year. We got a late start because of some boat problems that I won't get into. Anyway, we limited out. 2 fisherman, 6 Coho. All about 4 to 6 pounds. And we did this inside of two hours. This rate of catching fish makes it better that any day we fished last year on the big pond. We went out at noon and came back about 2pm. We caught one on a downrigger about 20 feet down and the rest on yellow birds. Green and orange dodgers and green and purple tinsel flies. I'm telling you, get out there, the fishing is hot. Talk to you later...Jim
