Should weather conditions prevent fishing, YOUR charter will be rescheduled to YOUR choice of the NEXT AVAILABLE dates, or YOUR deposit will be refunded. If a charter must be terminated due to weather conditions, you will only be charged for the time away from the dock. The CAPTAIN will make all weather decisions. YOUR SAFETY and PLEASURE are our ONLY CONCERNS.

Catch 1 is fully insured, inspected and licensed by the states of Indiana, Michigan and Illinois. It is docked in Washington Park Marina, Slip #728
